inconsistent mri report-cervical spine

I RECENTLY SAW MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR AND COMPLAINED OF INCREASEING NUMBNESS IN MY ARMS, AND LOSS OF FINE MOTOR COORDINATION IN  MY RIGHT HAND, I NOTICED WHEN I WRITE IT IS MORE DIFFICULT . HE ORDERED AN MRI OF MY C-SPINE, I HAD A MRI ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO WHICH SHOWED T HAT I HAD BULGING DISC FROM C3 TO C-7 WITH INTRUSION AT C-4-5. HIS OFFICE CALLED ME AFTER THE MRI AND TOLD ME IT WAS UNREMARKABLE AND MY C-SPINE HAD N O ABNORMALITIES. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ALL MY BULGING DISCS HAVE RESOLVED. I  DID  HAVE A DECADRON SHOT ABOUT  6 DAYS BEFORE MY MRI SECONDARY TO PAIN IN MY NECK. MY GUT FEELING IS THAT MY MRI WAS MIXED UP WITH SOMEONE ELSE OR THE RADIOLOGIST DID NOT READ IT RIGHT. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS  ? IT IS HARD FOR ME TO BELIEVE WITH INCREASEING SX THAT THIS IS ALL IN MY HEADDDD.
THANKS
