Pinching in middle back

I'm 17 yearsold and In january I carried my suitcase on my sholder across a huge airport for several days in a row (dumb I know) when I got back I had a very sore tense middle/left back pain. It's about 5 inches down from the bottom of my left sholder blade. When I went to the chiropractor they didn't say anything about it, they just adjusted it and had to use accupuncture (spelling?) around the source of my pain to relax the muscle and pop my back. After 3 times adjusting it, it felt better but it was still stiff and I had to pop my back to relieve the pain. Recently It has become a sharp pinch in that area but I can feel the pain all the way up my spine when I twist a curtain direction. The pinching is localized but the pain shoots up my spine sometimes. What should I do?

It's not a good idea to let a Chiropractor adjust you until you have an idea of whats wrong, I'm going through a similar situation and it just made me worse. Go see a Doctor and have a X-ray.
