neck pain for to long now wondering wat it couldbe
i have this bad neck pain i can't bend my chin down to my chest or back i feel alot of heat in my neck area into my head also have a headache..i feel very very weak.. i'm either very cold or sweating cold..cold hands and feet, i have more symptoms but not sure if related to this pls any info will be very appreciated!!!!!

These could be two separate things or related. Not much info given.
If you have neck pain for a long time say over a month you should get an x-ray to make sure its not structural. If it is not then try chiropractic, Physical Therapy or trigger point muscle release from a massage therapist. Cold hand and feet with general all over the body muscle pain and weakness is a sign of low thyroid called Hypothyroidism. There is a forum on this sight for thyroid.
