Hi

Many thanks for your comments, went to A&E, and apparently it is muscle related. So I am on pain killers and heat packs, do seem a bit better, will keep an eye.

We need to do a medical workup to arrive at a diagnosis, including history taking, x-ray, and so on.

In the meantime, you need to immobilize the neck by wearing a cervical collar to minimize the pain.
