post meningitis syndrome

Dear Doctor,

I had viral meningitis about 2 years ago. My initial symptoms included mild headaches, a fine rash on my trunk and arms, which was intermittent, lightheadness and very high blood pressure. this started in late May and by late June I had been to the ER twice for episodes of feeling extremely light headed and dizzy, palpitations, difficulty thinking, changes in vision and a nearly constant neck ache and as time went on feeling like I was going to pass out.

I had spinal tap and a mri of the brain and neck and it was discovered that I did have a viral meningitis. Treatment that was offered was medicine to control my blood pressure. In late July I started to have chest pain and a pounding heart, thought to be a pericarditus and treated with an NSAIDs and a beta blocker but was too bradycardiac with this medicine. Cardiac disease was ruled out.

The chest pain and feeling of my heart racing continued also with occasional mild to moderate anxiety. He felt that I had anxiety  related to the meningitis and perimenopause . I was till on the NSaids for the chest pain and he changed that to colchicines which did help a little and also added in progesterone crème which really made no difference.  I also started Yoga and meditation and acupuncture which has helped but not resolved the symptoms..

Currently I remain on my blood pressure medicine , 10 mg quinipril ,I check my blood pressure a couple of times a month and it runs anywhere from 150 / 90 to 92 /58,  Ativan  .5mg prn ( about once a week , which does help but makes me tired)  and chochizine one daily, Flonase and Astelin for seasonal allergies/ sinus  but still continue with chest heaviness, light headedness, neck aches and what seems to be feelings of anxiety .

So, here are my questions, have you seen such a collection of symptoms after meningitis?
Do you think that what I am experiencing is even related to having meningitis?
Can you recommend further treatment options/
