i'm currentlygoing through chronic back pain ,had a lumbar laminectomy a year ago,and a spinal fusion in a month ,the problem is my insurance doen't cover any pain relief in meds ,so is there any natural remedies i can try to help relieve some of this pain i use ice and heat ,it helps a little but to no avail.any advice would be helpful........thanks

Capsicum Capsules Cayenne Extract can dramatically reduce choronic nerve pain. I will look through my alternative healing book and get back with you on more suggestions. What type of pain are you experiencing? So your undergoing a spinal fusion in a month and you won't be having any pain med's cuz your insurance won't pay for them?? I don't know if any doctor would perform a surgery of that magtitude on a person without any pain reilef. You'd go out of your mind. Let me know how you do! *hugs*
