right hand side lower back burning sensation

I am in good health but recently have been suffering from sudden attacks of a burning sensation in my lower back. These attacks will arrive completely randomly and always on my right side only. once the burning begins the feeling will pulsate for approximately 1 minute then just stop. Ive been having these attacks now for just over a week and they occour 1 to 5 times a day.
Should i be worried??

I feel it also on my skin above the right buttox and just below the waistline. advise?
