tingling in right hand

My back problems haven't changed.  But I have started having tingling in right hand and forearm along with weakness in my hand.  Along with if I stand for more than a few minutes my left foot starts tingling.  Could anything have changed to cause this?  I have DDD, Spondylosis and disc bulge at C5-6.  Help please.  thank you for anything that you may be able to help me with.

I tried physical therapy but the therapist stopped me from doing the exercises as within a hour I was in so much pain I couldn't move. I can't take narcotics due to side effects on my digestive system. I have to wait to go to the pain management clinic until u can afford to pay my co pay. I haven't worked in or two and a half years due to all my problems and still waiting on SSD.  Is there anything I can do to stop the tingling?  Also anything I can do to ease the pain in my own?  Thank you for anything you can suggest

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. Your symptoms could be due to the DDD, spondylosis and pinched nerves. Maybe new areas of DDD have come into play, causing your symptoms. Please consult your neurologist and ask whether spinal manipulation, physiotherapy, swimming and pain medications will help. Sometimes taking a multi-vitamin or vitamin B supplement helps control the tingling. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
