what my mri report say after a micro discektomy

Hello i am new here and i need help i start saying i have a work accident on 2014 terible back pain gos donw my bots legst i have a microdiscektomy on 2/18/16 i was pian free for like 4 weeks after the the pain starts i talk to my back doctor and he say was the nerve healing bad the pain is now painfull and my doc order a mri and this is waht the report say  the l5 s1 disc level demonstrate moderate disc height partial disc desiccation marginal osteophytosis and 5 mm posterior apex left foraminal disc osteophyte complex chronic protrusion with 1.4 cm transverce base in addition mild to moderate facet hypertrophy is odserve on the left contributing to moderate left side foraminal narrowing and sudbarticular zone and right neural foramen are patent postcontras imaging exhibits enhancing annular fissuring posteriorly l5 s1 and extending to the left neural foramen enhacing granulation type tissue is odserved extending via a left l5 s1 hemilaminotomy to the left subarticular zone in keeping with left sided surgical approach for microdiscectomy the inflammatory changes extend abouth the left l5 dorsal rood gangliong and to the left l5 s1 facet joint  please help me to understand this because my doc say is scar tissue bad i don't thing it is thank you for read my commen
