MRI results on Brain and don't understand

1. No acute intracranial abnormalities. Specifically, there is no intracranial mass lesion or hemorrhage.

2. Small focus of low signal in the right temporoparletal white matter is most consistent with a small vessel. I cannot completely exclude hemosiderin deposition but diffuse awonal injury typically is associated with multifocal hemosiderin deposition.

3. Incidental pineal cyst. 3mm

4. Mild sinusitus.

5. Degenerative change of the cervical spine.
