You should get some x-rays of your spine.
Very athletic people sometimes can develop a breakage of bones in their back - spondylolysis of thes pine. This causes back pain that is particularly worse with certain positions and movements. You may also just have degenerative disease at a disc or two.
You should get flexion/extension/anterior/lateral Xrays of the spine to start and may need an MRI.
These conditions are usually managed without surgery.
I feel what you are saying. I've been having real bad chest pain every since I was about 7 years old and my mom is old fashioned so she just did her old remedies. Still today I have those same problems and all the doctors know is gas. Now it's worse because I've had 2 kids and I was a little 105 first time and about 115 the second time pregnant and those kids take a toll on your back. I don't understand because the doctors don't pay you any attention they think everybody to young.
I have lower back pain, sciatica, hip pain, epichondilitis (tennis elbow) Burcitis of the Biceps. Cortizone does not work. The primary physicians I've had and the current one will not or has not prescribed what works for me in the past. Diazapam for sleep and hydrochodone for pain. I know of so many that abuse this, I am not one of them and yet they seem to have spoiled it for those that really need.
My hips are unaligned and I am going back to a Chiropractor as I did in my 20's, I am now 54. The last resort was surgery to infuse disks and whatnot, a major no-no. I have severe degenerative bone disease. This started from repetitive work on arms, back and neck and knees. We are TOO YOUNG FOR ALL THIS ****!! I am a very active women and I am sooo damn limited. Anyway, what is your opinion. After cortizone doesn't work, what now?? I am workin out. Thank you
