I have this horrible pain in my neck. Feels like my head is 100 lbs. If i hold my head down and to the right it feels much better but, i can not function like that.

You could have a muscle strain in your neck or possibly a slipped disc.
Try taking some simple pain meds and place a hotpack over the neck.
