Really need advice

So i have been to my doctor twice already who thinks "ill be ok".
So far she still believes its a sprain.

Today was the worst day so far. I was walking with a cane because my Lower back has been in A LOT of pain near the back of the hip per say.

I stepped up on the curb to get up to the door into the physical therapy building and my back gave out... i slowly started going to the ground because of the pain and my brother lifted my up and help me up for a minute. Some ladie noticed and brought out a wheel chair. The pain was so bad i cant even explain it.. maybe 11 out of 10.

I finally got up to the therapy office and they did an evaluation. i dont have any nerve damage or A symmetrical problems.

What exactly can it be... I have osteoporosis already. Im 22, male with Crohn's.

I can barely walk even with a cane and im to afraid to walk with a walker because its hard to stand up without support. And u have to lift the walker.

Basically.
I cant sit down without support
Its hard to walk
it feels better when i laydown but thats it.

I wish i could help figure this out.
I dont know what to do... I have to get up and use the bathroom sometime and i dont think ill be able to walk to the bathroom.

SOUNDS  MUSCULAR SPASM/DYSFUNCTION/IMBALANCE ISSUES. You may want to investigate the John Barnes myofascial release clinic in Paoli Pennsylvania.

The pain now is really in my tailbone and surrounding area. When i look down it hurts as well. I feel like I can barely lift a pound or 2 without it giving.

Still trying to figure this out.

Try doing a search on sacroiliac joint. There is a large muscle that runners sometimes strain and causes a LOT of pain. If you can push in the middle of your butt just a little above center and there is pain that very well could be it. If that muscle is strained it can cause the type of pain you're talking about. Ice is a good treatment for that...it's worked for me. Hope that helps some!

Sounds like chronic muscle spasm. If you've had an  MRI and it was negative, what else can it be ???
