Flexcerin And Relaxation Techniques For Pain Relief

I've had chronic back pain for about 3 years after a car accident back in June 04. It was devastating because the after effects created severe back pain and it really impacted my ability to participate in activities. The past 6 weeks I have found tremedous relief with Flexcerin and also doing my daily stretching exercises. My doctor suggested that I try new visual relaxation techniques so I have created a new "sanctuary room" in my home. The sanctuary room is proportioned to ancient means of balance and harmony. Has anyone else had success with a sanctuary room in relieving pain?

Your Sanctuary Room sounds like you have created a little piece of Heaven here on Earth, good for you! I am going totake some of your ideas and incorporate them into my home. World renowned doctor Andrew Weil preaches preventive medicine to provide a unique approach to health care which encompasses body, mind, and spirit. Hi Gazzy, my chosen treatment for my pain is also a "treatment room" or what I like to call the Soul Sanctuary. It's  filled with comfortable, plush chairs. Soothing music is played throughout while a huge flat screen in front of the room shows images of beautiful places taken around the world. I also have a running waterfalls that cascades off of my Asian rock collection. The sound created is absolutely blissful. I researched the Flexcerin supplement that you mentioned and I am definitely going to incorporate that into my daily regime as well. I had heard about it on the news last month as well. I refuse to take prescription medications and always opt for the natural alternatives. Some may view the Soul Sanctuary treatment as a bit over the top for pain relief but trust me it has worked wonders for me. Why bear with pain and suffer needlessly? If you have the space you can easily set yourself up with a peaceful sanctuary and make it your own where you can learn to remove yourself from many of the self induced stressors that only exacerbate your pain.
