I have a titanium cage along s1-t4 and in chronic pain what to do?

I had this surgery 1 1/2 years ago and have been in chronic pain ever since. I have degenerated disk disease and have had 2 herniated disc surgeries. Since this surgery the muscle on my right side of spine is hard as a rock and keeps in spasms all the time. It is making my left shoulder blade to stick out 1-2". My left right thigh is numb and has burning pain at the same time. Help!
