Is it something serious like Ankylosing Spondylitis it is it just... my job?

Hello, everyone!

About 6 months ago I began to be awoken by lower back pains at 5:30am.  After a while the pain subsided(not 100% gone) but returned to its worse ever 2 months after that.

During that time I experienced fatigue, and felt so beat up.  Woke up at like 5:30am religiously due to the pain, and had knee pains.

I got blood tests done and all they found was Vitamin D Deficiency.  My CRP was 1.8.  Again the pain subsided with the help of muscle relaxers this time.

But last night it came back.  I’ve also experienced plantar fasciitis(pain in the feet in the morning).  Heel pain as well.

It’s taking forever to see a specialist.  And I want some answers.

Today the pain was unbearable and I left early from work.  I work an office job.  8hrs of sitting in front of a computer a day.  Anyway, the moment I left... the pain subsided.

This all began around a very stressful time at work.  And I notice that when I leave work...  my back still hurts but NO WHERE near as bad as when I’m there.  Sometimes driving to work is where it begins lately.

I’ve done so much worrying that I don’t even know what to think anymore.  Just want it to stop.

Thanks for reading.  Any input is welcomed.
