Hurt my lower back (mostly on left side) while working out. This was 8 days ago. The pain seems to be centered on the left side. It is a numbing, throbbing pain that started in the lumbar area of my back. It almost feels like the pain is now also on the front left abdomen/groin side.
Could this be sciatica? Or should I be worried about something more serious in terms of my internal organs?
I'm almost 28 male Caucasian. Relatively fit/healthy. Take finasteride, rogaine, for hair loss (about a month in for both) and tetracyline for acne (a month in for this too).
I've mostly rested it, been taking ibuprofen, and doing cobra/child pose (yoga) stretches, the Mackenzie pushup, and hanging on a chin-up bar and rolling up.
It felt like it was getting better the last couple days until I aggravated it because my puppy was acting up and I had to pick him up.
