.I have issues with L5/S1 (herniated disc) and with my Sacral Illiac Joints. It sounds like you have some of the symptoms I have, standing for longs periods of time is awful. I am not a doctor, but it sounds like you may have SI joint problems. Go to a different doctor and perhaps they will do a MRI to make sure it isn't something more severe. In the mean time, I think Yoga is a great idea, gentle stretching seems to help. Also take ibuprofen to decrease inflammation. Ice/heat therapy may also help. Heat relaxes the muscles, ice decreases inflammation. Good luck and I hope you find answers soon, take care!
Thank you so much I'll try the yoga movements and let yous know how it goes, again thank you
Nah I havnt went to doctors constantly, they ended up putting menthrough the local hospital, and all the nurse did was flex my hips and touch where it was sore, and said they were gonna call me a year on I havnt got anything...
Have you had an MRI of your lumbar spine?
