Lower back pain only in morning

I wake every morning with horrible pain in lower back (kidney area) that radiates to the front of stomach (rib area).  I have had battery of tests and found nothing.  I am only able to sleep 5-6 hours before pain wakes me, also unable to take a deep breath until I get out of bed (very painful just to roll over), once I stand and get out of bed the pain almost immediately starts to ease.  After about 20 minutes of walking around and after first morning void, pain disappears for remainder of day.
Could this be a pinched nerve or nerve compression?  Had MRI of lower lumbar which showed normal...chiro recommends stretching excersises, something serious has to be wrong with this kind of pain.  If anyone has any ideas it would be GREATLY appreciated!!

I have suffered with this issue for over 10 years. I bought an Intellibed for over $3000 and that helped but not solved it, and the last few years it has become worse.

As a chemical engineer, I have analyzed this for a long time and have cured my case.  This is very new and I will be patenting my solution and put it for sale as soon as possible.

I also have bad nerves, and when my back pain is bad, my right foot becomes more numb, so a solution for me is a double need.  Well, I have gone from daily morning pain to 5 consecutive pain free mornings.

I will post here when it is available.  I just have to apply for a patent first, and get production started.

I will do this as fast as possible.

Muscles are the main cause of low back pain. There are two possibilities. You can go to "Google university" and try everything and can possibly spend years to find a solution or you spend a session with a neuromuscular therapist you knows the stuff (and has spend thousands of dollars and thousands of in-class-hours) and is experienced with low back pain therapy. You can also go to my website ReHealthMassage . com and get some more piece of information. There is no quick fix! Somebody has to palpate the muscles especially the "posterior chain" and check out muscle imbalances, etc.
Low back pain is often a result of years of incorrect movement, poor posture, sedentary job, etc.
Normally the steps are: get rid off trigger points, stretch shortened muscles, strengthen weak muscles, get rid off muscle imbalance, etc.
Wish you the best,
Markus

This is the stretch that absolutely fixed it! I've been dealing with the symptoms you guys describe for 6 months. Would wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning with big time pain in my lower right side of my back. Tried vitamin supplements, other stretches, yoga, walking more, walking less, chiropractor. My last visit chiro took x-rays. He said I have the spine of a 25 year old, and I'm 50. No Degenerative disk disease or any other spine problems. Thank You!!! whoever posted this site/stretch. I do it in the morning and about an hour before bedtime. I do it for about 5 minutes (2.5 minutes on each leg). It has worked wonders!!!
