Muscle Pain

I have been having back and neck muscles aches and pains along with other areas of my body aching  for the last few days.I am not sure what could be the cause of this but I would like to know. Not only do they ache but they just started to feel warm today.

Have you got any fever? Any other symptoms? Have you been drinking enough water? What is your energy level? Are you getting enough activity/exercise?
