Pain under right armpit and down shoulde elbow and arist

I have pain under my right arm pit down arm in elbow and wrist and sometime to the right of my breast there is sharp pain and to back of shoulder in shoulder blade. I have been to 3 different doc s. one gave me antibiotics cause i had some broncitis  the pain continue I went to another doctor and i explained about the pain he gave me pain pills call ultram and flexril for muscle spasm neither ones stops the pain which is not consistance only when i am at rest or go to bed it continue to hurt. I have cerival fushion on my neck last Jan in 2011 had 3disk put in and 6 screws went for final follow up and everything ok. I mention the problem to my surgeon he took x-ray there was bone spurs on shoulder  blade and problem was not coming from the surgery...now i have a appointment with another surgeon who work on arms, shoulder and wrist  I am in constant pain sever pains at time i wake up in tears i tried the  heating pad and it makes the pain worse. please tell me what i can do. so i can get some relief. i have until the middle of 3/16 to see new surgeon my doctor or the other doctors will give me anything stronger for pain....I need help or I am doing to lose my mind..

i have right now exactly the same symptons...
Docs haven´t yet really helped, sometimes I feel like cutting my arm off! Ahh...Any results for you so far?

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include spinal issues, neuro-muscular causes, infections, inflammations, degeneration, injuries, referred pain from other regions etc. Without a diagnosis at hand it would be difficult to suggest a management plan. I would suggest consulting an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
