Last night I started getting back pain on my left side, I figured it was just the way i was laying. As the night went on it did not go away. This morning its stilll here, It does not go away but its like a sharp pain more when i inhale than exhale?????? any ideas, should i go to doctors or let it ride out?

You may also have bronchitis or pneumonia if you had a cough and sore throat. Blood clots can also be a possibiltiy though less usual. On the other hand, you may have something as simple as a pulled muscle from coughing. If you are not any better, get thyself to a doctor!

I would see a doctor .... especially with the other symptoms you describe you should have it checked to be certain all is ok with your lung, etc.  Is it near the kidney area at all ?  Kidney stones can hurt on the inhale as you describe .. not to scare you but that is what comes to my mind .. I'm not a doc, just a patient but I'd have a look/see by your Dr for sure.
