REALLY NEED HELP

I suffered a severe headache about 3 yrs ago after going to gym. Next day could not sit up due to sever pressure running up spine into head. Felt like my head was going to explode & my neck was in severe pain. Could not sit up without screaming from pain rising up spine into neck & head for a couple of months. More than a year could not bear the pain & weakness suffered in spine shooting into neck, shoulders & head. Battled to keep my head up. Even schedule 7 drugs barely dampened the pain.  I kept on wanting to collapse and pass out from the severe pressure & diziness into head, especially after sitting when I got up it would shoot up spine into neck & head. I even had hearing disorder for a few days.  Now 3 years later still suffering, on & off it flares up and I cannot exercise, carry heavy objects or I'm in pain afterwards in top of back, shoulders, neck & head. Sitting for periods & getting up causes pain to rise from my lower back upwards.  Iron level remains low too.  Nobody knows what it is.  Can't afford an MRI & have not been able to see a Neurologist.  What do I do?

Unfortunately the 2 things you need you either cannot afford or have not done.  You NEED an MRI and you NEED to see a neurologist.  I spose you could visit your friendly neighborhood chiropractor as well but it really sounds as though you need a scan.
