Reading mri on my cervical spine

Can someone explain how to understand my mri reading? I've had this done about a year ago and my pain is so much worse now.
Technique: t1 , t2, stir sagittal as well as t2 weighted gradient echo axial images of the cervical spine are obtained.
Findings: There is a trace grade 1 anterolisthesis of c7 on t1 on a degenerative basis. Mild reactive marrow of edema is most notable on  c5 c6 endplate. Mild global degenerative disc disease. Ligamentum flavum thickening is defined at all levels mostly notably at c5 c6 and c6 c7.
C2 c3 bilateral facet osteoarthrosis without significant spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis
c3 c4 bilateral facet osteoarthrosis . and tiny annular disc bulge without significant spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis
Forgive me for my typing. My wrist also hurt pretty bad.
Thank you to who ever is trying to read this and help out.
c4 c5 trace disc Osteophyte complex without significant spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis
c5 c6 symmetric disc osteophyter complex, bilateral uncovertebral hypertrophy and facet osteoarthrosis contribute to moderate left neural foraminal stenosis. The right neural foramen is unremarkable. no high grade spinal canal stenosis
C6 c7 Disc osteophyte complex uncovertebral hypertopophy and facet osteoathrosis contribute to mild moderate foraminal stenosis. The right neural foramen is patent. Now high upgrade spinal canal steosis.
c7 t1 A lateral left greater than right facet osteoarthrosis without signifant neural foraminal or spinal stenosis

If it's been over a year since your last MRI, you need to go to the doctor and get a new one.  That's would be like reading the old issue of a newspaper. There could be many changes since then.  Then make sure you sit down with your doctor and have him/her expalin it all to you.
Hope this helped.
