Weird Chest Pains

I have been experiencing pain when swallowing the pain is in my upper back between my shoulder blades. I also notice that I have a painful tugging feeling when I try to look down in the same area of my upper back. Last night in my sleep I woke up with a chest pain right in my breastbone area. It felt like a heavy burning tingling burning pain. I just rolled over onto my chest with my arms tucked in under my chest and waited it for it to pass. This morning when I woke up I felt very tired and my muscles in my arms felt weak. Anyone that can help me with this? Any answers or suggestions would be helpful...Thank you

This sounds like muscle tightness and possibly a vertebrae out of place in your neck and or upper back.
Can you say what age you are? I'm asking because of your heart. We can have many different symptoms when we're having heart problems. If you're in your 20's or 30's then it's most likely what I mentioned above. I recommend you see your Dr to find out what's going on. If he/she thinks it's pulled, tight muscles or vertebrae out of place then a chiropractor might be able to help your pain.
