It would be difficult to assess what may be causing your symptoms at this time based on the information provided.
What type of back surgeries were done and what vertebrae levels were involved?
How long ago did these surgeries take place?  Have you been under the care of a medical doctor during the interval?
Any disc fusion surgery can cause problems with adjacent disc levels as the fused area no longer helps in movement of the spine and causes increased stress at the adjacent levels.  Depending on your age and the extent of degenerative changes that could have occurred since your last surgery, you could be having further disc problems.
The only way to ascertain this is to have x-rays and an MRI to determine the status of your spine.
Hopefully you can obtain the appropriate diagnostic tests and get the treatment you need to resolve your symptoms.
Best wishes ---
