chronic pain

In 2005 i had a motorcyle accident and landed on my left shoulder.  i have seen several doctors and have undergone several different treatments for my pain.  I have been experiencing pain on the left side of my neck radiation to the left shoulder both laterally and posteriorly.  I have also been experiencing tingling in the left forarm expanding down my arm into the palm of my hand with numbness in my finger tips.  i have also experienced numbness in my left leg which i didnt relate to my injury until after i recieved a fluoroscopically guided cervical epidural steroid injection. the pain in my arm and shoulder is sharp at times, hot and aching. turning of my head, looking down and or lifting my head up the pain in my neck increases and at times increases my constant headache.  i have had multiple efforts at phyical therapy, multiple injections in my shoulder using different area for the injections and now have had a fluoroscopically guided cervical epidural steroid injection.  this injection has not helped and in some area's have increase my pain and caused increased limitations (turning of my head left, right, looking down and looking up) i have also been experiencing tingling in my left leg with numbness.  i am also experiencing constant itching in the palms of my hand and bottom of my feet, not sure if this is related to the shot, but i didnt have this iritation before the shot.  my imaging study from my current doctor reads "at the c5-6 level there is a bulging disc which is left posterolateral to far lateral.  It appears to possibly approach or touch the exiting c6 nerve. at the c6-7 level there is more of a broad-based symmetric disc herniation which is subligamentous.  this creates central canal spinal stenosis and may also create some left c7 neuroforaminal stenosis. the left c7 facet joint appears to be very slightly hypertrophied compared to the other."
Any suggestions on anyother possible treatment?  This has continued for 3 years and i am very frustrated and now on medication for depression.  Please help

I agree with richmill1.  All your issues are probably coming from C5/6/7.  I have similar issues, and unfortunately surgery is the only option.  If surgery is only option leftr, consider artificial disc replacement in these two levels.  Fusion is a great surgery, but hurts adjacent levels in 2-8 years after fusion.   How old are you? male?

Hang in there, and good luck.
