I had a lot of discomfort in my legs during the procedure. Just be sure to lay flat for about 24 hours afterwards. I was unable to due to a death in the family, I got a spinal headache and I ended up having to go back and get two blood patches.
Mine was no worse than a flu shot.
I had one and it was extremely uncomfortable. Felt like extreme pressure as the dye went up my spinal canal.
Have had several myelograms - and they are not anything to fear. The doctor injects a numbing medication into your spinal canal, and then injects some dye so they can take pictures of your spine. The procedure is not painful; little more than a pinprick that you feel, like a shot of novocaine. Everything else is pretty much painless. Good luck.
