back pain L5 S1

Hi, I am 37 y.old and I have a back pain  and nominees in my left leg and after the MRI scan confirm that is L5 S1 ,I have been  through physiotherapy and laser I am thinking that the last ting to do is the operation so I was wondering if you know anything about ozone therapy

Thank you so much for that information,I can't wait to go to BG for that presage ,I try very hard to find in UK ozone therapy but they don't even know what is that ...sad...it could help so many people!

Hi there!

Ozonolysis is a minimal invasive interventional option that can be tried in disc bulge where conservative measures have failed. During treatment, ozone is injected into the intra-vertebral disc and the para-spinal tissue under CT guidance. It works by oxidizing the nucleus pulposus (internal material of the disc), reducing the pressure on the disc, return of protruded disc material and reduction in compression on surrounding structures/ nerves. It is also alleged to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and is believed to improve local microcirculation.
