numbness right arm and hand

i have recurring numbness and loss of ability to use my right hand to open simple things such as a lid or take the top off of the toothpaste lifting anything with my hand is impossible or i sometimes will drop whatever i am holding for loss of feeling. it is also accompanied by pain which at times is pretty bad. my neck and back seem like i need to pop because i feel like i am out of alignment. what can i do to help this and should i be concerned that it will get worse?

im being treated for bulging disc in my neck, and that causes numbness and pain that goes down my arm to my thumb then my fingers go numb, i suffered since august, i thought i had a stiff neck, the past 6 weeks every two weeks i go for shots in my neck and i guess in the disc, i dunno they put me in a twilight sleep, so it seems to b working for the pain but not the numbness, good luck tho

sounds like c6 or c7 feramenal setnosis or bone spurs..try chiro, pt...epdirual or transforamenal injections..lastly fusion surgery..mine is tomorrow..get at least 2 opinions..see a physiatrist (sports rehab md) good luck
