Have just started my new medication deparoke 1000mg a day along side my cymbalta 60mg and am feeling a little spaced out as well as heavy limbed! Has anyone else taken this combation for bipolar I also feel very nervous like something bad is going to happen! Any advise welcomed.

Thank you for your advise I am due to be seen again in 4 weeks so will let her know the effects but probably best to write it down as very forgetful. Thanks again

I haven't taken Cymbalta but I was on Depakoate for a while. At the beginning I did experience cognitive confusion, unsteadiness and nervousness. However this improved over time. Some of these side effects are not uncommon but each person responds differently to each medication. Keep track of the side effects you are experiencing as well as how you are responding to the medications. Then update your psychiatrist when you see them so they can better understand how to adjust your medications within their clinical discretion for the best response.
