Hey, I had horrible migranes all last year. Even migrane medicine didn't really help. The first one lasted for two weeks with no releif. Then I just kept having them randomly, horrible pain. It felt like the whole half of my head was being torn off. It would migrate from left side to right side.

Well, it turned out I had 2 infected teeth, one on each side of my head. Ever since I had them removed I have no had a single headache. I would recommend that if nothing else works, go get your teeth x-rayed. It is worth it to get rid of the pain.

I'd say this might belong in another forum but I do know Topomax is used for migraines and if a person can't tolerate a few known medications doesn't mean they have built up a tolerance to all medications. That said the cause of the migraines has to get diagnosed first so go to a doctor and once they figure out the cause and then decide what to do and if needed refer you to a specialist depending on what's going on.
