How to properly wean off valproic acid and risperidone?

I've been taking risperidone (4mg daily) 2x 2mg and valproic acid (500mg daily) 2x 250 for more than 8 years. How to proper tapper those two drugs?

We can't give you advice on how to properly tapper your medication. It's very important to consult your doctor on this sort of thing- they will know your exact situation and what's best as far as how to tapper.
