I have been diagnosed with rapid cycling bipolar disorder, but another Dr. said I have ADHD Hyperactive type with panic disorder and caregiver stress disorder.  Quite honestly, it appears the symptoms are so close it is hard to tell. So far no meds have worked and I have to deal with ups,downs, and panic attacks nearly every day. Help!

the differential diagnosis between BP and ADHD is hard. but the 1st has to show the 2 phases of BP depression and mania although some types of BP manifest itself in mania only and some are called NOS. But i would consider a 3rd opinion and even 4th if you can afford simply because the 1st line of dealing with any illness is the right diagnosis.

However one point of concern worth telling you that the drugs for psych illness are almost the same. For someone who takes antipsychotics say can have schizophr... or BP or even asperger and that is a main drawback. all can take benzos for instance. So I would say this sounds ridiculous, but that is how things go.
