Sleep

Still having trouble falling asleep. Wake up around 4 am too.
  I've been off Seraquel for over a year. The Pdoc has me take Geodone with adivan.
I really don't want to ask her for the Ambien. Any other ideas?

Thanks Darlin. Next time I go stateside I'll bring some here and try it. I do sleep better in the art studio than in the main house where I watch DVDs. Up here I have the iPod and listen to music. Probably better for sleep. Thanks

I had the same problem. Pdoc said to take melatonin. I have been taking it for one week and it has helped so much. I fall asleep good and only wake up once in the middle of the night. I'm doing much better.
