I notice a huge difference when I ingest dairy products vs staying off them.  Dairy tends to trigger a hypomania/mixed mania like state for me.   I also feel better physically when I'm off dairy.

I take omega oils and vitamins D plus a multivitamin. I notice a difference when I don't take them. I also drink a cup of green tea every morning. None of these interact with psyc. meds so they are safe. I also find I do better when I eat better. Eating right is a struggle for me. I tend to go with quick and easy verses nutricious. Tonight though I am making a nutricious meal. Balsamic Chicken and peas. I wish I had cauliflower. That is really what I feel like eating.
