AWFUL cramps and light period with nuvaring

So I've been using the nuvaring for around 5 years now and it's been pretty normal for me. this past cycle when I was supposed to take my ring out I took it out 1 day early (it usually goes 30 days) because I was getting the most AWFUL cramps I've ever felt. I'm bloated, and basically can't stand without some pain (constantly feeling like I need to poop essentially). Anyways, I got my period on Thursday night (took it out Tuesday) and it's been extremely light. I'm still in pain although not as severe it's still extremely bothersome. I thought maybe endometriosis but I'm not sure??? WhT could this be???
