Am I worrying over nothing?

My boyfriend ejaculated inside me last week for the first time since I’ve been on birth control (Lo Loestrin Fe, 1 year/4 months) and I’ve been stressed out ever since. I just completed my pill pack and started experiencing brown gooey discharge yesterday on the second to last brown pill and I don’t know if this is my period or could possibly be implantation bleeding. I take my birth control consistently at the same time every day and have never missed a pill and I also take Zoloft, but my doctors have said there are no interactions between the two. Is 5 days after unprotected sex too early to take a pregnancy test or should I just have faith in the pill and assume I am not pregnant?
