Are these normal side affects?

Hello. I have stage two endometriosis, so to lessen my symptoms/periods my doctor started me on Low Ogestrel 28 on december 17, 2010. this was the second day of my period. i have never missed a pill so far. and the last time i had sex was december 27, 2010 in case that has any relevance to the symptoms.
Anyway, since ive started the pill, ive been getting random sharp, tight like pains about an inch directly above my belly button that lasts for a few minutes at a time.. also severe pelvic pain along with a dark brown. almost black discharge that started about a week after my period and is still going on. Its not like a regular discharge, its more continuous like a period,  sometimes enough to even wear a small tampon..  Ive never experianced this before, other than few days of light brown discharge after my periods.... so this is definatly new to me.. and the sharper the pelvic pain, the more the discharge..  ive been getting alot of headaches, occasionally a migrane, and overall my body just feels very weak yet anxious at the same time. and i have been sleeping alot more, with less of an appetite.  And today was the last active pill in the pack, tomorrow i would be starting the placebo, BUT im going straight to the active pills for next month, skipping the placebos (doctors orders).

Are these normal side affects? or is this bad? im debating on stopping the pill or not..
thank you for taking the time to read this... any responses are appreciated.

This is a bit of a late response, but I hope you have gone to the doctors to get checked. These are not normal side effects and would warrant a doctors appointment.
