Birth control methods while breast feeing.
ok so i know there is condoms and abstinence. We dont like condoms but just might have to. Abstinence is NOT happening, Ive only been with my hubby for 5 months in the last year and a half, so need to make up for lost time. Anything else? I have a month before hubby comes back so I need to figure things out. Thanks.

The options I was told for breastfeeding are POP's (The Mini Pill), Depo shot, or an IUD. None of these are supposed to decrease milk supply.
