Bleeding and painful intercourse with implant

Hey guys, so some background information, I am 19, I have the nexplanon implant, and have been having sex with the same guy for a year and a half, and we are both clean.
Almost a month ago I started having deep and sharp pains in my lower abdomen when we would have sex. The only position that didn’t hurt was laying on my back. Lately my boobs have been tender, I’ve been emotional, bloated, and have had severe cramps. All period symptoms. I’m on the implant and haven’t had a period for almost a year. Today my cramps were awful, and I had light bleeding. I haven’t bled since this morning. We had sex last night too, and it hurt worse than normal. I know this sounds like a basic period but what throws me off is the constant pain during intercourse. Any idea what this can be?
