Brown and bloody discharge

So I have been on birth control for 2 months now I have never missed a pill, I've taken them on time evey day (8am) during the second month I started to experience brown discharge and it wasn't that bad until I had my period....i had my period like normal(the cramps were horrible but that's normal but I had 2 almost golf ball size clots the period lasted 7 days like usual aswell)  I kept taking birth control over that time because that's what my doctor told me to do and a few days after I stared to get brown discharge and it just got worse and worse to the point it's bloody, and darkish brown and I have to wear a panties liners it's only in the mornings when it's really really bad  and it starts to go away though out the day and is gone by 5-7 but it just repeats itself....im also having trouble getting turned on my bf was over and we weren't going to have sex just kinda fool around and nothing I couldn't get wet....what the hell is going on please help >~<
