Could I be pregnant after my First Depo shot?

Hello,  I have been given my FIRST depo-provera shot earlier this month, and it was not within my cycle - it was the 11th day afterwards. I had unprotected sex the following day, and am very worried I may be pregnant. Since I did not wait the seven days. I am extremely nauseous, getting bad headaches every two-three days, tender breasts, mood swings and today, I had a strong and sharp cramping feeling that lasted for less than thirty seconds, repeated and then stopped. I was due to get my period October 31st, and still haven't gotten it - I know Depo will stop my period but I am worried I may be pregnant, not just showing symptoms of Depo.

Anyone experienced this before??

Also, is there any change if I am pregnant it will be a viable pregnancy? I hear most people miscarry if they become pregnant during depo injections.
