Could I be pregnant?

I was on Mirena up until 3/28 when I had it taken out and got put on the Depo shot. Up until 3/29 I didn’t have a period for 4 years, but I was bleeding until 4/1. I did have unprotected sex with my SO on 4/2. The next day I was spotting a little when I would wipe off after using the bathroom. I’ve yet to start having a regular period yet and here lately I’ve been feeling like I could be pregnant (morning sickness, tired all the time, lower abdominal cramping, lower back pain, feeling fatigued throughout the day). I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative but like a hour later I saw it was a very bright positive. Took another PT and once again a negative then about a hour later it showed positive....Has anyone had something similar happen?  Any advice on what to do?
