I have NO IDEA what's going on.

I have started camrese it's a tri-monthly birth control. Right before I got on it I did have sex but he did 'pull out'. I took it on time for about 3 1/2 weeks then I missed a few days because we left out of town and I got a period a couple days later right about the time I would've started my next one. I have always bled for about 8 days which is why I was put on birth control to 'control' that. Anyways it ended after about 8 days. Then about 3 weeks later I missed 2 days and passed my whole uterine lining in tissue in one night and bled for about 6 days lightly after. I finally stopped then a week later of course I missed 2 days again. And of course I had another cycle for about 8 days. Then it finally stopped. Its been only 2 days and last night I was about 2 hours late on taking my pill and HERE I AM BLEEDING AGAIN. what should I do? I called my doctor but she's not in till tomorrow. Should I take a pregnancy test and see how it comes out? Should I not be worried at all?
