I took plan b two times and I still haven’t gotten my period.

I took plan b after having sex in March 2018, and then in April 2018. Both I had really heavy periods and then in May 2018 I had a light period. It’s September 2018 and I haven’t had my period 4 months. I don’t know what’s wrong, maybe it’s a hormone imbalance, but I don’t know and I’m scared. Should I get something to balance my hormones.
