Implant pain in arm

I have had the implant for almost a year now and I’ve had a few sharp pains directly where my implant is based and I’m 99.9% sure it coming from the implant however I just disagarded it however a couple nights ago my and my partner was watching a film and out of no where I had the sharp pains again but this time 10 times worst I tried putting my arm in different more relaxing positions however this still wasn’t doing anything and I just had to wait for the pain to past which obviously was awful and uncomfortable so I was just wondering if anyone on here can help me
