Menopause/Vaginal Atrophy at 26, after getting off NuvaRing birth control?

Hello I’m 26 years old I got off the NuvaRing about 9 months ago and since then my body has been going through a lot of weird things. I was hoping to see if anyone has gone through a similar experience?

-Cystic Acne for the first 7 months
-Light brown bleeding as my period for a few days, sometimes twice a month for the first 7 months
-For the 8th month had light brown bleeding for most of the month
-For the 9th month had light brown bleeding like two days in total
-Brown spotting after sex
-Hot flashes
-Bright red bleeding from vagina after emptying my vowels (twice in 9 months) this is the only time my blood has been bright red.
-Vaginal dryness/itching
-Urinary urgency, so if I drink a lot of water and I have to go pee I have to go ASAP because it feels like I can’t hold it.

I had my yearly check up with my gyno in December and told her about my symptoms and she prescribed me flagyl for bacterial vaginosis just based on my symptoms. My Pap and all std test came back nagative. I’ve schedule another appointment with her because some symptoms have persisted but that’s in two weeks.

I’ve googled my symptoms and the only thing that seems to be the logical answer based on my symptoms is vaginal atrophy which most of the time happens to menopausal woman. Vaginal atrophy has to do with estrogen levels which effect the lining of the cervix.

I’m just trying to ease my mind before going to my appointment so please let me know if anyone has had a similar experience. Thank you
