Mirena IUD and symptoms

I had my 2nd child April 22 of last year. June 9th at my 6 week check up I had mirena inserted. No issues until recently. In January I started having a very very light period. I guess it would have just been considered spotting. But I had that go on January, February, and nothing in March. So far this month I haven’t had any bleeding but I’ve been cramping for 3 weeks now. I started having tons of discharge also, it’s almost constant. And so much that it goes through my underwear so I have to wear a liner. The last couple of days my right hand ring finger has been swelling to where I can’t get my ring off. My left hand is fine. I had a cyst back in January but scans back in early March showed it’s gone now so I know it’s not that. My sex drive is almost completely gone too and mood swings are ridiculous. I ordered pregnancy tests and they will be here tomorrow. I highly doubt I am since I do have mirena, but I know it’s not 100%. Why does it sound like? Possibility? Something else? I’m also on keto and have been for months and it’s been proven to increase fertility...
