I started around the same time you did! I had the same symptoms plus it seems like im on my period / have a lot of spotting even though i stopped by period and started taking the pill the very next day. Its also about the 9th/10th day. Everyone keeps telling me its cause of the getting used to. I've also been very emotional as well. Its annoying not really painful so 'll deal with it for 1 month or 2- tops if its worse for you, you could see your dr again.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The side effects of birth control pills may persist for 1 month- 3 months and then should disappear. If they persist then you can opt for other forms of birth control.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
